Our stay in the One-Bedroom Villa was amazing! The room was immaculately clean and comfortably furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen that made cooking meals easy. We especially enjoyed the sunny, private garden area for some relaxation. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring everything Matamata has to offer.
Parking area can be a bit tight.

The shower is cramped!!! The air conditioning placement makes it difficult to cool the entire villa, and it's annoying to find no washing machine in the room after paying a hefty rate!!!

This place is an absolute gem! The adult spa and outdoor playground with trampoline is perfect for families. Our spacious room had a fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals, and was spotlessly clean. The location was fantastic for walking to restaurants and the I-Site for Hobbiton pick up.

Families would love it here
The kids loved the outdoor play area with plenty of space and the trampoline, it was a godsend after that long drive. The touch of having hot chocolate available was also a nice surprise, especially for my little one.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but still reasonable for what you get.

The room was immaculate with impressive housekeeping services. I also appreciated the close proximity to the town center, which made dining choices convenient. A lovely outdoor area added charm for relaxation (the sun loungers were a great touch! ).
However, the diesel generator near my unit was quite loud early in the morning, which could detract from a restful sleep.
